Information Technology Engineer

Role: IT Engineer – Mexico (onsite position) 6months contract Technical Skills: Manages and maintains the System-based systems and networks of an organization, ensuring smooth operation, security, and performance by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Key Responsibilities 1.System Management: Install, configure, and maintain System servers and workstations. 2.User Management: Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions. 3.Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. 4.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Windows systems and applications. 5.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. 6.Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures. 7.Software Updates: Deploy and manage software updates and patches. 8.Hardware Maintenance: Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware components. 9.Firewall change requests: Submit detailed firewall change requests. 10.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures. 11.Support: Provide technical support to end-users. 12. Automation: Ansible or other IT automation platform. Qualification: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. 2 years of experience.
