Jr. Electrical Process Engineer

We are looking for: Jr. electrical process Engineer Responsibilities Support CAPEX projects from their conceptualization (development of basic and detailed engineering), contractor selection, construction, and up to commissioning in their area of expertise (electrical, instrumentation, and control) for paper manufacturing mills, including new plants, expansions, and/or modifications, contributing to growth, legal compliance, and the results of the division. Supervise work during its execution, with particular emphasis on worker safety, through plant walkthroughs to achieve the expected results. Prepare work execution programs considering timeframes and resources, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives. Project management following PMI (Project Management Institute) project management systems. Requirements Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical engineering projects. (Professional internships or previous experience as a trainee are suitable for the position.) Education : Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, or related fields. English : C1, C2. (Mandatory) Required Skills : Structure, Organization, and Proactivity. Open and clear communication with all organizational levels, Strategic Vision, Results-Oriented, Operational Excellence, and Appreciation for Learning. Required Knowledge : Knowledge of manufacturing and/or maintenance processes, CAPEX project management, project management methodologies. Application in medium and low voltage, instrumentation, and control. Location: Availability to work at our Cerro Gordo Ecatepec plant.
