You bring to the team the following competencies :3 years of experience in Webflow design and development .Advanced JavaScript skills focused on accessibility and DOM manipulation .Experience with libraries like Swiper.js, customized for accessibility .Proven track record building ADA-compliant websites, including support for 400% zoom, keyboard/tab navigation, screen readers, and correct DOM focus .Skilled in building reusable, accessible components and integrating CMS in Webflow .Ability to interpret ADA audit reports and implement technical fixes without platform-specific guidance .Comfortable translating Figma designs into reusable, compliant Webflow components .Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach .Fluent English communication skills, working closely with US-based teams . You will be accountable for the following responsibilitie s:Design and develop responsive, ADA-compliant landing pages and reusable Webflow component s.Apply JavaScript and DOM customizations to resolve accessibility issues (e.g., tab order, screen reader focus ).Integrate third-party libraries like Swiper.js in full compliance with ADA standard s.Implement fixes based on ADA audit feedback from Carnival’s accessibility tea m.Collaborate with designers to ensure accessibility and design fidelity from Figma to final buil d.Maintain a component library or CMS structure in Webflow to support scalable developmen t.Ensure interactive elements meet focus, visibility, and usability standards across device s.Iterate based on review cycles prior to final deploymen t.
