The SR Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of engineering staff to achieve objectives of product development, ensure compliance with company policies and to administer the disciplinary process, this position also entails planning team strategies, development and identify new products and customer opportunities in order to ensure long term growth and increase market share for the North American automotive market Your role: Leading the development of automotive R&D activities, define local R&D strategy. Actively support sales team in acquisition and cost calculation activities to ensure competitive and profitable price quoted Oversee multiple project and ensure timelines, budget attainment and robust quality Coach and support R&D team to improve technical skills, solve the difficulties or emergencies occurred in daily work Act as interface between local and global R&D teams Set up and manage performance for each team member, work out mid-term technical know-how build up planning. Lead VAVE activities What do you need?
