We will count on you to Manage diary and schedule internal and external meetings with colleagues and clients in multiple time zones; Assist with mail management and draft replies on behalf on the Top Management where appropriate; Arrange international travels including accommodation and ground transportation logistics following a Corporate Policy, reconciliation of expense claims and credit card statements in a timely manner. Manage a multitude of frequent changes at short notice and prepare travel itineraries; Organize printing or document production as required; Management of expense processing and account reconciliations; Support the preparation of materials for meetings including preparation of agendas and the collation of slide decks; Prove support in the office such as meeting and greeting visitors, or order appropriate office supplies and equipment; Maintain a strong working relationship with the other executive secretaries and other relevant departments; Liaise with internal and external colleagues, clients and business guests. What you need to have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; At least 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally from the management consultancy, financial services or professional services sector; Highly proficient in spoken and written English; Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects / tasks at once; Exhibits a positive common sense, constructive attitude to drive executive's schedule and help manage time effectively; Strong attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving capabilities; Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; Become integral part of business, understand group priorities and senior executive expectation; Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality and decision making skills with the ability to interact well with all levels within the organization; Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust, and confidentiality; Ability to make decisions with limited direction; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
