Sales Product Manager

We are looking for a Sales Product Manager who will be in charge of experiential and sustainable product acquisition in different strategic locations in Italy and abroad. Your responsibilities : Managing and monitoring the Product Team Carrying out market research to define target destinations Developing sales strategies & B2B / B2C marketing flows aimed at acquiring new suppliers Drawing up contracts and defining sales terms & conditions Organizing suppliers’ onboarding and retention Representing the company at industry events, trade exhibitions both online and offline Working closely with the other business units and being responsible for the growth o the product team You are ideally Passionate about sport, active tourism and sustainability A professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience Knowledgeable of the tourism market field A person with digital skills Skilled in Project Management Able to use GDS and booking software programs Able to use software programs and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Strong in analytical, communication and organizational skills Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven Able to evaluate results and develop long-term strategies based on suppliers’ trust Fluent in Italian and English (C1) Motivated to develop successfully partner network through different channels Passionate about building a relationship with suppliers and share the company’s values Capable of promoting an analytical vision and providing the company with forecasts and market analysis related the competitive landscape, strategies and new targets Able to work autonomously, managing the product team and collaborating with all business teams Excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Then you’re in the right place!
