About The Job As a Print & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will craft compelling visual assets for print, events, campaigns, and multimedia content. Collaborating closely with marketing, business development, and external production teams, you will ensure brand consistency and high-quality design that supports successful campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate, high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s global initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and flawless execution with production partners. Design and refine visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign imagery, and videos across platforms. Develop innovative design concepts for Tether’s various units, emphasizing fintech and communication tech. Customize content for each communication channel to boost engagement and traffic. Share ideas and insights with the team, contributing to successful marketing efforts. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on print and multimedia for events. Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality. Proficiency with AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs. A modern design portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects. Deep knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies. Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a bonus. Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of branding and adherence to guidelines. Self-motivated, proactive, passionate about innovation.
