You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions, ensuring quality, security, and compliance. Collaborate in an agile environment to evolve our platform for a growing user base and high-stakes financial operations. We seek someone experienced in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. This is a unique opportunity to impact mission-critical backend systems and the financial industry. Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain code for high-performance and scalable systems. Improve system performance for high concurrency. Implement security measures to protect data and meet industry standards. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements. Resolve performance issues, bugs, and technical challenges. Integrate payment systems, product platform, and external systems. Participate in all stages of agile development, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation. Must-have qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, with solid experience Proficiency in Java Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with AWS Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices Understanding of security principles Experience with high-performance, secure applications Agile experience, CI/CD, Git, automated testing Handling large volumes of transactions Strong problem-solving and communication skills Teamwork and adaptability Experience with distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes Nice-to-have Certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or agile methodologies Knowledge of payment systems Proactive, results-driven attitude Interest in fintech trends and regulations J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
