As they continue to expand their enterprise IT capabilities, they're looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead this. You must have: Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architecture Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integration patterns. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ServiceNow Certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). ServiceNow CTA or CMA Certification would be a plus. The passion to design scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms. The ability to thrive in complex environments and love turning business challenges into elegant technical solutions. What You’ll Do: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals. Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices. Drive innovation by exploring new ServiceNow modules and integrations.
