With a strong sector focus on Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT), the firm has advised on transactions totaling over €250 billion across mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and capital markets. Following a strategic merger with a UK-based advisory firm, the platform now operates with enhanced reach across the UK, DACH, and Benelux regions.
