Senior Manager - Operational Transfer Pricing Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office) George Thomas Executive Search is working on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company seeking to enhance their leadership team with a Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing. This crucial role will be part of the Transfer Pricing team, responsible for overseeing transfer pricing processes and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of transfer pricing processes and controls. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Drive the digitalisation of the transfer pricing function, including the integration of automated tools. Collaborate with the Director of Transfer Pricing to align strategies. Govern transfer pricing practices through established guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and Tax, with a strong focus on Operational Transfer Pricing. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within the Transfer Pricing team. Comprehensive understanding of Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Legal interface processes.
