This is a great fit for someone who thrives in both operational payroll and forward-thinking transformation work — and is ready to take ownership in a high-impact individual contributor role. What You’ll Do Run end-to-end German payroll for a defined employee group Ensure compliance with German tax, labour, and social security laws Serve as the key point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees and authorities Work with SAP HCM (must have) and support Workday-related initiatives Contribute to automation and payroll process optimisation projects Collaborate closely with central payroll and HR teams What We’re Looking For Several years of experience in German payroll Fluent in German / English also required Deep knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and employment law Hands-on SAP HCM experience (PA & PY) Exposure to Workday is a plus Detail-oriented, independent, and tech-curious Confident in using Google Suite / Excel.
