Technical Project Manager

G2's client is a specialist in satellite test systems, communication systems, and advanced electrical ground support equipment , with a mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the space, defense, and high-tech sectors . The client operates as a small, collaborative team working on complex, multi-disciplinary development projects. They are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to play a key role in leading complex development projects , while staying closely connected to the engineering process . This role will involve managing cross-functional projects , with hands-on involvement in customer communication, planning, documentation, and procurement . THIS IS A PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY – NOT FREELANCE! Start: Q3–Q4 2025 Location: South Holland Salary: €5,000 – €7,500 gross/month 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, 29 days holiday Working model: Hybrid options available (post-probation) Ideal Candidate: Background in Electrical Engineering , with a good understanding of electronics and Hardware/Software systems Experience with C++, FPGA, Analog Design, Digital Design or D-Model are all applicable for this role.
