Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst - SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) to join our ranks! Purpose of the role Following our recent deployment of SAP S/4HANA including the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module, we aim to drive operational excellence and deliver improved logistics performance within a best-in-class digital supply chain ecosystem. As a member of the SAP Center of Excellence (COE), the SAP EWM Senior Business Analyst will work closely with IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our warehouse management capabilities. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into SAP EWM solutions, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring system stability. We’re looking for someone who is curious, solutions-oriented, and motivated by tackling real-world logistical challenges with practical solutions. Here are the daily responsibilities for a Business Analyst - SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) : Vision & Expertise Define the strategic vision of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for MHIRJ Lead and design innovative warehouse and logistics solution implementations aligned with business goals Develop deep knowledge of SAP EWM and its integration with modules such as MM, SD, QM and TM Stay current with SAP developments in EWM and supply chain capabilities Operational Support Ensure stable operations of the SAP EWM platform for day-to-day warehouse and inventory management activities Serve as subject matter expert for EWM-related support issues and inquiries Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP COE team members, and external partners to support warehouse operations Solution Evolution & Delivery Lead functional workshops to understand logistics requirements and warehouse process flows Optimize end-to-end warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound processing, inventory control, stock transfers, RF/mobile processes, and labor management Ensure smooth integration with logistics execution, transportation, and other upstream/downstream modules Assist business users in the adoption of new EWM solutions through structured training and support Propose process improvements and innovations (e.g., slotting, wave picking, automation, SAP BTP extensions) Align solutions with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance requirements Perform system testing, configuration, and validation of warehouse scenarios Support creation of business cases and prioritization of logistics requirements Here is what is required to succeed: 7-10 years' relevant experience in logistics/process ops and 5 years' experience with SAP EWM Proven experience in key EWM processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, yard management, resource management, RF integration, and physical inventory Understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, QM and TM modules Experience with large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades Familiarity with automation technologies, barcode scanning/RFID systems, and warehouse robotics is a plus Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills If your experience aligns with the qualifications for this role, we encourage you to apply – we’d like to hear from you!
