The challenges you'll face will match your expertise and allow you to think outside the box!In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Plan, coordinate and organize all maintenance activities while respecting priorities, production constraints and budgetsMaintain a safe, respectful work environment and climate based on the organization's valuesPlan and allocate resources (human and material) to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipmentMonitor performance indicators, analyze the causes of stoppages and propose solutions in collaboration with experts in the engineering departmentsIdentify maintenance-related problems and play an active role in drawing up the equipment fleet reliability plan and updating it according to equipment criticalityGuide and supervise unionized employees, train them on work procedures and safety rules, and evaluate their performanceEnforce compliance with the collective agreement and company rules of conduct, manage cases of non-compliance, take appropriate disciplinary action, and document incidentsManage employee relations and resolve conflictsLead various daily maintenance follow-up meetingsPromote and apply health and safety practices in the workplaceFor technical challenges that match your expertise, join us!
