Job Description We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to provide legal expertise across our global business operations. Miratech is going to implement a service-oriented approach with specialization for different areas, and backup colleagues during PTO and other reasonable absences. Those duties were shared among other members before that. Take full accountability for intercompany, shareholders, board and authorities documents processing. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise corporate documents, legal opinions, and international agreements ensuring full compliance with all applicable corporate, IP, tax, and data-protection laws and regulations. Liaise and negotiate with authorities, top management, and intermediaries (e.g., country reps, financial partners). Provide business-oriented legal advice with clear, actionable recommendations and realistic timelines. Ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. Develop and document procedures. Monitor legal risks and communicate concerns to relevant parties. Carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to support the overall legal and business objectives of the role. Qualifications Master’s degree in Law. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international company/environment. Excellent knowledge of Corporate, Business, Contract, IP, Tax Law, Personal Data Protection and regulation of international business activity. Experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documents at the international level. Experience in working with intermediaries, such as country management or local financial suppliers (to interact with authorities as a result). Proactive in improving processes and identifying risks: demonstrate initiative, do more than expected in the task, and take preventive measures rather than mitigation. Advanced command of legal English.
