You are: An experienced data scientist passionate about turning data into insights, discovering trends, root causes, and solutions, and helping others see new possibilities using AI modeling. The work: As part of the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will generate insights to improve processes, boost sales, and maximize profitability. You will build models and scorecards, work with operations teams to create user-friendly solutions, and manage access and usage of tools. You will: ETL raw data from source systems across business areas into structured formats. Apply statistical, machine learning, and NLP techniques to analyze data and extract insights. Develop and manage machine learning or deep learning models in the cloud. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify Gen AI use cases with LLMs and conduct pilots to evaluate their potential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Gen AI solutions. Ensure data privacy and security compliance. Stay updated with latest data science and Gen AI developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 4 years in AI/ML, including: Machine learning/deep learning algorithms. Natural language processing techniques. Generative AI with LLMs. Data visualization tools like Power BI or QlikSense. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R. Strong communication skills in English. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Project management proficiency. Strong business acumen and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Master's or PhD in Data Science or related fields. Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google PaLM2, or GCP deployment. Experience with Qualtrics, Salesforce Einstein, or Power Apps. Additional requirements: Suitable home office setup, ergonomic workspace, high-speed internet.
