We are looking for dynamic professionals with proven experience in selling medical aesthetic equipment, software, or related products to join us as Area Business Sales Representative in the regions of Belo Horizonte or Brasília. Quartier Latin is an emerging company in Brazil dedicated to the curation and distribution of high-quality medical aesthetic equipment. Learn more: www.qlatin.com Key Responsibilities Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies, consistently surpassing targets. Demonstrate a strong track record in closing deals and negotiating commercial agreements. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through thorough regional market analysis. Conduct technical demonstrations of our equipment and solutions for physicians, clinics, and medical professionals. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of key opinion leaders. Identify, participate in, and represent Quartier Latin at industry events, congresses, and trade fairs. Collaborate to reach team goals and achieve individual sales targets. Prospect, engage, and build strong relationships with new potential clients. Ensure exceptional post-sales support, delivering solid and lasting customer relationships. Expand the client base, fostering sustainable business growth. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience in sales—preferably in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and/or dermatology Hands-on experience with medical devices/equipment or clinical photography software Strong negotiation and influencing skills Exceptional client service approach Proactivity, organization, and the ability to self-manage in a dynamic, lean team environment Availability for frequent travel Desired Competencies Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and proactive mindset Autonomy, organizational skills, and project/time management Results-driven, with a passion for excellence Salary/Commission: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
