Connect with us on LinkedIn: John Crane Job Description Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager Europe and functionally to the Customer Operations and Service Sites, the Quality Manager for Italy-Greece-Turkey will develop and implement the Company Quality Program. The role includes sharing lessons learned and best practices with the Global Quality Organization. Duties & Responsibilities Manage Quality department activities to support strategic goals. Collaborate with leadership to align process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage ISO 9001:2015 certification process and site Product certifications. Oversee audits and lead corrective actions. Develop metrics and scorecards for improvement efforts. Address customer incidents and inquiries, leading root cause analysis and problem-solving. Lead new product qualifications and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Work with site teams to address incidents, non-compliances, and manage supplier qualifications. Support development of quality management systems for government and regulatory compliance. Coach employees on performance and support site-level quality initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred). Knowledge of QMS processes and ISO 9001. Certification as Internal Auditor or Lead Assessor. Experience with quality tools such as Control Plans, Kaizen, 5S, Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented approach using data and analytics. Ability to work independently and across all management levels. Attention to detail, team-oriented, and flexible work schedule. Understanding of technical drawings and quality principles. Experience in Oil & Gas and multinational environments is a plus.
