Responsibilities : Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs. Assist customers with building, deploying, operating, and optimizing infrastructure. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation. Work remotely from Italy, supporting projects and clients. Requirements : Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), understanding storage architecture. Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failures, Unplanned Failover. Proficiency with Windows Clusters. 5 years experience with DNS / DHCP and Hyper-V. Knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and later versions. Experience with Active Directory, including Kerberos, LDAP, and security groups. Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and networking services. Fluent in Italian (oral and written), with good English communication skills.
