Your Mission In this role, you will be responsible for the planning process (AOP, monthly and quarterly forecasts), collecting business assumptions, and producing marginal contribution scenarios for the Modern Trade and AFH channels. You will also handle monthly closing activities and analyze key performance drivers. Responsibilities Provide regular FP&A support (reporting, forecasting, analysis) to the Modern Trade and AFH (Horeca) channels. Lead the preparation of Topline reports for internal use and submission to the South West Europe Region and European Sector. Manage monthly Cause of Change analysis of key business drivers such as volume, mix, and price. Maintain the Mosaic Planning tool with updated Topline actuals. Support the FP&A Manager in preparing materials for the monthly Business Review with the Business Unit. Handle financial reporting to PepsiCo joint ventures (monthly PBR and ad-hoc reports) and collaborate with commercial teams. Participate in or lead process improvement projects within your scope. Ensure standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis are completed accurately. Maintain regular communication with European and Regional leadership teams. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG sector. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus. Proven experience communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
