IT Project Manager (fixed term contract)

About the role THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT AND WILL BE BASED BETWEEN OUR SITES IN PALAFOLLS AND ESPLUGUES. As the IT Project Manager, you will join us during the early stages of our evolution, helping to establish best practice in implementing a new target operating model for SARIA Food & Pharma that strategically supports IT requirements across Van Hessen, Devro and Bioiberica. Responsibilities Managing the execution of the full project management lifecycle (including all stage gate processes, risk and change controls/escalation, steerco reporting) for assigned portfolio of global IT projects Ensuring successful delivery of assigned portfolio of global IT projects, aligned with agreed governance and performance targets Validating alignment between assigned IT projects and the SARIA Food & Pharma strategy Delivering assigned IT project budget objectives as agreed with IT PMO Manager and project SteerCo/Sponsor Ensuring positive stakeholder experience and Business Unit alignment with IT function Promoting strategic alignment, effective communication and understanding through the IT function and wider business Ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, subcontractors and the IT function for best project outcomes About you Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven experience as an international / global IT Project Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry, however not essential Fluency in English and Spanish are essential for this role Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Experience working with different methodologies is an advantage Sound financial knowledge to manage cost, budgets and related ordering and (cross) charging processes Resilient and calm under pressure Strong team player with excellent stakeholder and influencing skills What can we offer?
