Job Description Job Description Sales Administrative Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to a fast-paced team? We’re looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks and sales coordination experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing company known for delivering user-friendly, high-quality communication products to industrial and manufacturing clients across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, excels at managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in being the connective thread between sales, accounting, operations and customers. What You’ll Do: Coordinate customer sales activity by preparing estimates, processing orders, and generating invoices and receipts Act as the key liaison between sales, accounting, and shipping to ensure a seamless customer experience Manage payment collection, including capturing and processing credit card payments securely and efficiently Support the accounting team with billing and serve as the go-to contact for order-related questions Complete and submit vendor onboarding documentation for new customers Own accounts receivable and revenue collection activities Keep the office running smoothly by handling administrative tasks like supply orders and coordinating lunches or team events What You Bring: Experience with QuickBooks Online A self-starting, organized mindset with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re comfortable on the phone and in email Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail and follow-through Bonus Points If You Have: Familiarity with CRM tools A love of planning team celebrations and keeping things upbeat around the office Why Consider This Role?
