This role involves managing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. - Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations. - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality. - Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout project phases. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. - Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
