Project Controller

The Role As a Project Controller , you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of diverse industrial projects, with budgets up to €2.5 million. You act as the financial co-pilot within multidisciplinary project teams, providing insights, analysis, and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. The Responsibilities Develop clear and insightful financial reports and dashboards Prepare budgets, forecasts, and proactively identify financial risks Optimize financial processes and systems for greater efficiency Collaborate closely with project managers and business unit leaders Maintain accurate and complete project administration from start to finish The Requirements A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project controller, preferably in construction or engineering Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with Metacom is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player Fluent in Dutch The Offer Annual salary up to €65,000 annually 24 vacation days 14 additional leave (ATV) days Laptop, phone, travel allowance, and pension scheme Access to a dedicated Academy for personal and professional development A dynamic role within a stable, family-owned company
