Your mission: Collaborate with CI&T to assist clients seeking to transform using the Salesforce platform, leveraging technology to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience. Responsibilities: Manage email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns, including creating target audience segments, message personalization, and scheduling sends. Use automation to manage workflows, create and execute campaigns, and evaluate and optimize results. Analyze campaign data to improve performance and effectiveness. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and emerging technologies. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create impactful experiences. Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate campaign elements. Manage email lists and segment target audiences effectively. Requirements for this challenge: Experience with automations and file manipulations for data integration. Knowledge of Email, Mobile, and Automation studios. Knowledge of Journey, Content, and Audience Builder. Knowledge of SQL and data structures (data extensions and lists) for clustering and segmentation. Fluent English communication skills. Experience with Agile processes like Scrum is desirable. Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation. Important: Availability to work on-site daily at the Campinas location.
