Site Agent

Job Title: Site Agent Location: Varios Construction Sites Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the construction site, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies - Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers - Monitor and report on progress, issues, and risks on site - Oversee quality control and ensure that work meets quality standards - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project goals are met - Manage site logistics, including ordering of materials, maneging of materials, equipment, and resources. Submitting invoices. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities - Implement cost control measures and manage budgets effectively - Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentations Requirements: - Proven experience as a site agent or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Microsoft Projects) - Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field - Valid driver's license
