Senior Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with proven experience in the petrochemical and refining industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing electrical systems and preparing technical documentation for industrial installations Responsibilities: Electrical cables, trenches, and tray routing engineering Lighting & socket system design, grounding & lightning protection system Preparation of various electrical documentation as input data for Substation/Transformer TRS/PO Electrical Heat Tracing System – preparation of input documents for electrical subcontractor Vendor documentation review and follow-up Execution of electrical calculations Preparation of layout drawings (consumer location, cable tray routing, lighting, grounding) Preparation of installation typicals and material take-off Required Skills: Fluent English (working language) Ability to cooperate within the organization, with customers and vendors Eagerness to work in a multicultural team Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Dialux (or similar) High interpersonal skills 5 years of experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer (industrial installations included) Experience in MV/LV equipment and installations Oil & gas / petrochemical industry knowledge Nice to Have: Experience in hazardous area classification Knowledge of SmartPlant 3D (not mandatory) Knowledge of ETAP or other power system analysis software
