What You'll Be Doing: Work in a collaborative team environment, assisting clients with business solution definition using business intelligence tools and processes. Execute support tasks related to data analysis, post-production changes, and auditing for SLA compliance. Develop, maintain, and improve client relationships through effective communication and consultation. Provide application administration, troubleshoot code errors, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Drive best practices, standards adoption, and knowledge sharing within the organization. About You: Functional knowledge of solution management, production support, and SLAs. Basic proficiency in SQL for query writing and manipulation of data. Moderate ability to grasp the big picture and contribute to complex problem-solving. Strong Client Communication first point of contact (Professional level of proficiency in English) Bachelor's degree preferred, with a solid understanding of relational database design or at least 1-2 years' experience in production support role. Knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting, or similar coding languages is a plus.
