Quality Engineer

Role: Quality Engineer Location: Mexico (onsite position) 6months contract Job Summary – We are looking for a Quality engineer to carry out the below responsibilities in our project. Responsibilities: Assembly Lines qualification, Product testing verification, Quality documentation deliverables for part approvals Implements the organization's inspection methods, quality guidelines, risk management practices etc. Integrates quality requirements, processes, and practices into the manufacturing of a product. Analyzes and reviews portions of new manufacturing system implementation for potential quality issues during the pilot validations. Works independently on moderate scope problems by applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving issues via root-cause analysis while following company policies and procedures. Consolidates and analyzes test reports, test data, and process results for assigned portions of components to identify trends and issues. Communicates product and process issue analysis to quality Management and product team and drives continuous improvement. Develop conclusions, recommendations, and written consolidated reports, contribute proactively through research, and share knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture. Years of experience needed: Work experience, preferably in quality assurance, or a related field or an advanced degree Technical Skills: Auditing, Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) Data Analysis ISO 9000 Series Product Quality (QA/QC) Project Management Quality Management Systems Risk Management Root Cause Analysis Test Planning. Cross-Org Skills Effective Communication Results Orientation Learning Agility Customer Centricity Certifications Needed: Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
