Accounting Supervisor

SNR ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. In this role you will oversee and manage the daily accounting functions, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. You will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants and collaborating with cross-functional departments to mantain financial integrity and drive continuous improvement in accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Leadership Financial Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting General Ledger Management Inventory & cost accounting Internal controls Audit & compliance Process improvement Cross-Department collaboration Required Experience & Skills Minimun of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years ina supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of cost accounting principles Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional English level Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) SOX Audit experience is highly preferred Additional certifications or training in manufacturing is a plus.
