Position Overview: As HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for all things HubSpot. Your technical expertise and drive for excellence will be essential in solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring we are maximizing HubSpot's potential. This detail-oriented and tech-savvy role is crucial for aligning our CRM system with business needs, enhancing customer relationship management, and achieving our strategic growth goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of our HubSpot CRM system. You will optimize its performance and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives by collaborating closely with leaders and stakeholders from across the business to understand their vision, goals and requirements, translating these into recommendations and actions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of HubSpot CRM, including data migration, system configuration, and integration with other business systems. Customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and sales workflows. Develop and execute a detailed project plan for CRM implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of CRM data by establishing data entry protocols and performing regular audits. Train and support team members on HubSpot CRM functionalities, best practices, and new features. Monitor CRM performance and user adoption, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales and marketing processes through the CRM system. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and customer behavior. Collaborate with sales, recruitment, marketing, among other teams to ensure seamless communication and data flow across departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CRM system in a timely manner. Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features, updates, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve system functionality. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM particularly with the Marketing, Sales, and Service platform and its various features. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met. Professional level English communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Expert analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Strong communications and training skills with the ability to tailor interactions to suit different stakeholder groups. Must have strong understanding of the operations of the business to make the puzzle fit together for implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub are preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits.
