Lead Analyst IT- Quality

What will you do? You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of technology solutions focused on quality systems. Working closely with functional, technical, and business leaders worldwide, you’ll be responsible for driving digital transformation in quality assurance and control processes, aligning best practices to our global standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead the implementation of technology solutions for quality systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions. Manage implementation plans, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Support teams through the change process, including training and troubleshooting. Continuously evaluate and improve solution effectiveness. Apply the application system development lifecycle (SDLC). Be a change agent, promoting innovation and global process standardization. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Quality, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred). 10 years of experience in implementing quality management systems and process improvement in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and regulatory requirements. Project management experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-driven mindset. Advanced English proficiency. Significant exposure to relevant enterprise software applications, including Oracle ERP and Data Analysis tools Experience delivering IT projects, initiatives and new software/system developments using Agile Methodology for project management.
