We’re Hiring: Manufacturing Manager Location: Querétaro, Mexico Industry: Automotive Metal-Mechanic Language: English (mandatory) Are you a manufacturing leader with a passion for precision and performance? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do ✅ Lead and coordinate manufacturing teams and processes ✅ Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards ✅ Oversee training, quality, and production performance ✅ Work with complex machinery, including CAM machines ✅ Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives What We’re Looking For 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership Background in the automotive metal-mechanic industry Strong knowledge of injection molding, metal processing, or assembly Experience with complex machinery (CAM machines) Excellent communication skills Fluent English is mandatory Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent — or 10 years of relevant experience.
