THE ROLE Job Title: Debt Analyst Overview: Debt Collection operational & administrative support for North American Countries, under the Shared Service Center directive. Perform Claims & Debt Collection daily operational activities for the NAR. Key Responsibilities: KPIs: -97% Response time & 95% Quality -Bankruptcy management cases, follow up & client service - Legal Debt Collection activities - Export Debt Collection activities - Comply with the above activities assigned according to the SLAs at 95% and Quality standards at 95% -Measure the volumes worked and time spend in each activity. -Escalate issues on time to the direct Manager. -Client focus -Maintain good relationship with internal & external clients, including co-workers and local managers -Governance -Participate in the operational committees with required. -Provide useful information for decision making process -Comply with all mandatory & non-mandatory trainings & surveys on a timely manner. Productivity -Implement 2 improvement ideas per Q. -Measure the time before and after the initiative is implemented. -Report the quick wins on time in the corresponding tool. -Engagement -Enhance & support cross-functional collaboration -Solution-oriented mindset -Show ownership & accountability on it’s work Metrics: -Daily entry of volumes and time spent in each task. Professional Experience: Education: Minimum- Bachelor's degree in either: Law, Risk Management, Business. Experience: 1-2 years market experience in either: law, insurance, audit, business. Essential Skills: English advance level (comprehension, reading, writing, speaking) Debt collection experience Result Oriented Detail Oriented Customer Oriented Client service Proactive Ownership Critical thinking Professional behaviour Well organized Supportive of change Communication skills Stakeholder Management Team player Desirable Skills: Legal knowledge on Debt Collection Insurance sector experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
