Customer Service Technical Support

Location: Mexico City, Polanco Company: Hytera (Multinational leader in professional communication solutions) Position Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Technician with experience in electronic maintenance and technical support on radio communications, who will be responsible for ensuring the operability of Hytera's communication systems and providing personalized customer support. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of radio communication systems. Install and configure software on servers for radio and dispatch system management. Provide technical support to clients, ensuring effective resolution of issues. Prepare service orders and maintain accurate records of activities performed. Conduct technical training on the use of Hytera products and software. Collaborate with the technical team to develop new solutions for clients. Requirements: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in areas related to Electronics, IT, or Telecommunications. Previous experience in radio maintenance (3-5 years). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with equipment from manufacturers .
