Accounting Manager The Cash Management provides support in the following areas: Monitor and perform organization’s cash flow, Maintain communication with bank institutions, Vendors registration, Treasury reporting, Bank reconcile, Closing activities, and Audit reporting Responsibilities Monitor and perform cash flow: Monitor daily bank account transactions and balance Assure cash flow for daily operations Complete monthly CF reports for ATC and CFO Manage Loan and interest related with Communication with departments, external and bank institutions: Review payments with internal and external people Constant communication with different areas in order to assure normal operation Communication with bank institutions for all related with Treasury matters Receipt, review and register information of new and current vendors. Treasury Reporting: Monthly CF Moving plan to CFO and ATC Payment list and collection by monthly Treasury KPI Result Bank Reconcile: Review bank reconcile by daily basis. Closing activities: Bank Acc Adj cleared report (Assure 0 Differences between CM book balance and CM bank balance) Cleared GTR transactions Monitoring AP correct application before at AP closing Audit Reporting Roll forward related with Loan and interest for MN1 and MN2 Monthly Maquila Transaction report Gain and Loss related with financial matters Monthly bank statements Qualifications University degree in accounting or related discipline. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in accounting English / Intermediate Advance (Spoken and written) Have solid technical knowledge of accounting and finance. Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office and Oracle. A strong sense of attention to detail, analytical ability and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, motivated and flexible attitude, adaptable to changes in a DI environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Excel, Power Point, ERP
