PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in international business, project management, industrial engineering or related field Advanced English level 5 years of experience in project management of standardization and centralization of processes, automation with RPA, and KPI's measurement Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, MS Project, and Visio Availability to travel Soft skills related to critical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, innovation, and problem solving and analysis RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage service transition and automation projects Execute strategies for change management, project documentation, and follow-up on tasks and deadlines Generate management and performance reports to propose improvements to mitigate risks or deviations Lead continuous improvement processes Promote collaboration between work teams
