Responsibilities: • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and time standards. • Monitor the status of pending information (documents). • Record, track, and follow up on complaints (customers and suppliers). • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints. • Provide updates and financial impact to related teams. • Interact with multidisciplinary teams worldwide to coordinate administrative processes. • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to documentation, complaints, and administrative procedures. • Create, update, and maintain databases with accurate information • Generate reports and summaries as needed • Collaborate on projects related to process improvements. General Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role. • Advance level of English (spoken and written) Interpersonal Skills: • Organizational skills • Attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Results-oriented mindset
