IT Sr. Analyst - Latam

Objective: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for General Distributor (GD) markets in LATAM, ensuring alignment with Mercedes-Benz IT policies and standards. Provide expert support for the implementation, rollout, access, and operation of MB software products across marketing, sales, and after-sales areas. Facilitate seamless integration of local solutions with MB systems, guaranteeing business continuity and compliance in all GD operations. Day to day (main tasks): Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT Management in LATAM GD markets, providing guidance and coordination regarding the implementation, use, and support of Mercedes-Benz IT applications tailored to each market’s needs. Ensures secure and compliant access for GD personnel to Mercedes-Benz applications by managing and supporting ad-hoc access platforms, in alignment with corporate IT standards and local market needs. Implements and maintains Mercedes-Benz products across the GDs in the region, ensuring continuous updates and a reliable local support structure to sustain daily operations. Executes the rollout of Mercedes-Benz applications in the GDs across the region, ensuring alignment with established policies and requirements specific to each market. Advises and supports the local IT management of GDs in implementing APIs and interfaces between local systems and proprietary Mercedes-Benz applications, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with technical standards. Identifies and resolves security issues and breaches in local GD applications that may compromise the integrity and confidentiality of Mercedes-Benz systems and data, working in close coordination with GD IT departments and MB Cybersecurity teams. Profile: Education: IT Engineer Bachelor´s degree or similar. Previous experience: 3-5 years in similar positions.
