Business Account Manager

PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in international business, project management, industrial engineering or related field Advanced English level 5 years of experience in purchasing processes, supplier management and human resources Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, MS Project and Visio Availability to travel Soft skills related to collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem solving and analysis RESPONSIBILITIES: Address critical issues and manage escalations and integration with business areas. Manage two-way communication and engagement with key users, addressing performance issues, compliance, and key improvement initiatives Support the team with training, common standards updates, and ongoing standardization of best practices Lead growing business areas, ensuring quality in service delivery Implement improvements based on best practices and automations
