Bermudez C.P. 32470 About the Role: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support at our client’s office. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and ensuring seamless IT operations for employees. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Mac devices (laptops, desktops, mobile). Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage IT inventory and asset tracking for the Guadalupe site. Support printers, AV systems, and executive (VIP) IT needs. Assist in new hire onboarding and workstation setups. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty services. Generate weekly reports on inventory and service requests. Requirements: 3 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in Windows OS, Mac, and basic networking . Experience with imaging, hardware repairs, and Microsoft Office tools . Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
