Cloud Terraform Engineer

Role :: Cloud Terraform Engineer Location :: Remote Mexico Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This role requires recent and relevant Cloud Architect experience, not DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer profiles. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Define cloud standards and best practices for deployment, automation, and monitoring. • Lead infrastructure provisioning using Terraform. • Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to deliver cloud-based solutions. • Support cloud migration and multi-cloud adoption strategies. • Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost optimization. • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, and Lambda. • Troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows environments. • Participate in Agile teams using Scrum or SAFe methodologies. Required Skills: • Recent Cloud Architect experience (not just DevOps or Infra roles). • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform. • Proven experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with IaC, cloud automation, and DevOps tools. • Good knowledge of system administration (Linux and Windows). • Agile/Scrum project experience with tools like Jira and Confluence. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda, and GitHub Actions. • Interest in research, innovation, and trying new tools or ideas. • Customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
