SPECIALIST This position assures production schedules are met while maintaining high performance and quality standards. Follows the activities of Manufacturing Department in processing materials and manufacturing products. Supports safety initiatives and compliance training. Key Role Follows and develops strategies to improve productivity, quality and employee engagement Understands the key performance indicators that support continued business growth, supports all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment Supports achievement of daily, monthly and annual production targets Supports yearly budget and follows out the plan to meet that budget Responsible for assembly products that meet or exceed profit goals Aligns production to forecast and reduces labor expense, forecasts Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program Knowledge and Skills (general and technical) Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Relevant experience(s) & duration: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Understands manufacturing methods and process improvement, equipment production and systems integration Intermediate to advanced computer skills MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Language / Level: English / Intermediate - Advanced (Spoken and written)
