Production Planner

Production Planner The Supply Chain Associate (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) coordinates with the SCM/Production Planning Assistant Manager to assist with managing key accounts and maintains forecast models incorporating business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources. Key Activities/Element Establish shipment plans based on accurate communication between sales subsidiary and the head office and constraints of factory production, and collaborate with the production management part to establish production and inventory plans based on this. Evaluate the performance of production processes and make improvements to optimize process efficiency. Coordinate and manage the sourcing of raw materials, supplies and other resources required for production. Control costs and production times, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met. Knowledge, Skills and abilities Strong understanding of SCM PSI management on production factory Ability/Experience in using strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems. English Intermediate – Advance, written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing; including machine capabilities and efficiencies. Proven experience as a production planner in an industrial manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure. Intermediate to advanced computer skills MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required
