We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designe r with expertise in Motion Desig n to join our creative team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer who excels in bringing concepts to life through dynamic visuals and animation. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various platforms and campaigns . What you will do: Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of South Latam region design work Control quality and raise its rate within the region Identify best practices and scale them Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead and local team on their implementation of global guidelines Developing a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials Building a brand image through visual communications within the region Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region Developing master layouts for online and offline marketing activities Interaction with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projects Identifies issues and points of growth providing solutions of its resolvement What we expect from you: Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed; A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant.
