Tata Consultancy Services is looking for Endpoint Engineer to join us Requirements: At least 4 years of experience Availability to work hybrid/Onsite from: Queretaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Mexico City Conversational English Complete knowledge of and demonstrated experience in managing endpoint security in a complex environment. Proficient in Microsoft Intune; some familiarity with other endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Landscape, Tanium, Absolute is a plus. Broad knowledge and understanding of endpoint systems including but not limited to device enrollment and provisioning, configuration, device compliance, patch management, application packaging, virtual desktop infrastructure, and group policy management. Analytical and problem-solving skills; troubleshooting of complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration abilities (technical & non-technical audiences). Works independently on projects with little oversight. Performs effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
