Business Intelligence Analyst (Data & Reporting)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the collection, analysis, and visualization of data across all departments. This role is essential to building a data-driven culture by providing clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming complex data into intuitive dashboards and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to understand reporting needs. Collect, clean, and organize data from various systems and sources. Design and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance metrics and KPIs. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis. Develop standardized reporting frameworks and ensure consistency across departments. Train and support team leads in understanding and using dashboards effectively. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all reporting. Propose improvements to data collection processes and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (2 years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting. Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. Experience with Looker is a strong plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills. Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience integrating data from CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems. Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script). Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, operations, or customer experience.
