Decision Support Analyst

We're Hiring! Decision Support Analyst | Hybrid or Remote (Mexico) Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Decision Support Analyst to join our team and help power high-impact marketing campaigns through data precision and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: As a Decision Support Analyst, you will: Support clients with business solution design, campaign execution, and reporting. Analyze complex datasets to assess campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Maintain and improve data processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. Create and execute custom reports, data marts, and dynamic campaign flows. Manage tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver results. What We’re Looking For: Advanced or bilingual English (spoken and written) — this is essential. 2 years of experience in data analysis, decision support, or a similar role. Strong technical skills in SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting , and knowledge of BI or campaign management tools . Solid understanding of relational database concepts. High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a client-oriented mindset. Experience supporting performance monitoring and technical issue resolution. Work Setup: Hybrid or remote role based in Mexico . Opportunity to work with global teams and major brands.
