Engineering Leader

Job Purpose: Lead the engineering team in the development, improvement, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Align technical initiatives with the operational and strategic goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate process engineering projects focused on productivity, waste reduction, cost optimization, and process standardization. Oversee process documentation, technical changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS to resolve technical issues and ensure process reliability. Drive implementation of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (such as VSM, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, etc.). Analyze process data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Evaluate and integrate new equipment, tools, or technology to support operational excellence. Provide coaching and technical direction to the engineering team; foster professional growth and team development. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field. 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering. Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation. Advanced English level.
